Changes during the minimum period
If you decide to end your pay monthly agreement before the minimum period is up, you'll still need to pay the line rental to the end of the minimum period. Exceptions are when we terminate the agreement through no fault of your own, or you end the agreement under clause 11b of the Airtime Conditions. In these instances you may still need to make a payment for your mobile devices.

What if I go over my allowance
If you exceed the allowance in your price plan (or your plan doesn't include allowances for certain services), the following charges will apply. These prices are by the minute. All UK calls and voicemail are charged by the second, with a one-minute minimum call charge.
